Since 2003
One family, two offices, twenty-three years
Marmecasa opened in 2003 in San Javier and is still what it was: an independent, family-run agency, with no franchise behind it and no branches across half of Spain. Today there are two offices, San Javier and Santiago de la Ribera, and both are at street level because you should be able to walk in and ask.
We work the Mar Menor shore: Santiago de la Ribera, San Javier, San Pedro del Pinatar with Lo Pagán, Los Cuarteros and El Salero, Los Alcázares with Los Narejos and La Minería, Pilar de la Horadada and Roda. If your property is outside that, we'll tell you and save you the trip.
The buyers who come through that door are from here and from abroad, in roughly equal measure. That's why everything we write is in Spanish and English, this website included.
We don't publish deal counts or bought trust badges. The only number we show is the Google one, and that one is written by other people.
